While there, I dipped a candle by hand, layering soft colors and choosing a soothing scent just for the pet room. Our furry friends deserve cozy touches too, and this one felt extra special. Super Easy DIY Candle (Pet-Room Friendly)

🧂 What You Need:

  • Soy wax flakes (about 1 cup)

  • Cotton wick

  • Small glass jar or mug
    Optional: 10 drops of lavender or chamomile essential oil (pet-safe)

🔥 How to Make It:

  1. Melt the Wax
    Microwave soy wax in 30-second bursts until fully melted (or use a small pot on low heat).

  2. Add Scent & Pour
    Stir in essential oil (if using). Pour wax into your jar with the wick centered.

  3. Cool & Trim
    Let it cool completely (2–3 hours), then trim the wick. Done!
